Day 5

B - as normal apart from no Actimel (3pp)

satsuma, apple

L - left it @ home on accident so had 2 boiled egg whites (1pp).

Late lunch - as normal (toasted) (5pp)

Cherries/strawberries

D - 1 minced beef findus pancake (2pp), 1 WW pork sausage (1pp), WW petit pain (3pp), 10g clover light (1pp), 155g branston spag hoops (3pp)

Asda value raspberry sponge roll (2pp), 70g rum/raisin icecream (3pp) & 3 Askey wafers (0pp), TV cheese puffs (2pp)

Day 6 - F&H

(WEEK 9 Early Weigh In - Lost 1lb). I am going to record the loss, as after my meal this evening & totm due 2moro, so I would expect a STS or gain on Sunday morning. It also gives me 9 days to repair any damage done & will keep me in the zone ;)

B - as normal (2pp)

L - as normal (1pp)

strawberries/cherries

dry toasted crumpet, nectarine & satsuma

30g puffed wheat + sweetener & 110ml SS milk (1pp)

D - meal out at a Chinese Restaurant with family - off plan

All weeklies & monthlies gone lol! :)

Thanks :) I ate my whole body weight plus more but it was lovely.

B - 1.5 shredded wheat (3pp) & 110ml SS milk (1pp), need 2 buy some Actimel!

L - warburton thin (3pp), 2 slices of wafer ham (1pp), 20g mature cheese (2pp), 10g ketchup (0pp).

nectarine, satsuma, cherries, apple

D - 3 WW pork sausages (4pp), 150g frylight chips (3pp), 55g piri piri coleslaw (2pp), 55g sweetcorn (1pp).

rice krispies bar (2pp), strawberry cornetto (4pp)
