Day 1 (F&H)

B - 1.5 shredded wheat, 110ml SS milk (1pp), 0% Actimel (1pp)

L - bacon medallions, toasted warburton thin, 10g clover light (1pp), frylight egg & fresh tom, 1 WW sausage (1pp)

satsuma, nectarine

D - roast pork, brown rice, boiled potatoes, gravy (1pp) & 55g piri piri coleslaw (2pp)

Strawberry Cornetto (4pp)

Day 7

L - warburton thin (3pp), 2 slices of wafer ham (1pp), 20g mature cheese (2pp), 10g ketchup (0pp).

nectarine, satsuma, cherries, apple

D - 3 WW pork sausages (4pp), 150g frylight chips (3pp), 55g piri piri coleslaw (2pp), 55g sweetcorn (1pp).

rice krispies bar (2pp), strawberry cornetto (4pp)

Are you enjoying the piri piri coleslaw. :) I think its yummy. Need to get some ww sausages though can't spend so many pp on normal sausages. I didn't realise strawberry cornettos were 4pp I thought they were all 5pp, bonus :) xx

They sure do, not a great day unfortunately & time 4 me 2 think about finding a new job, but I don't see much around. Hope your day was better :)

I work as a medical secretary and our trust has to save £20 mmillion in this financial year apparently £2.5 million in non clinical admin staff. There isn't enough of us as it is and we don't know how safe our jobs are. An NHS job used to be for life and I've worked in NHS since I was 18 and in this particular role for the last 10 - sorry to rant :rolleyes: but I don't know of any job that is totally safe now "rant over " :p xx

Sorry to hear that Nic, not having job security is always scary. I get annoyed as the talk of budget cuts is always given to the same small group of staff (including me), & it's amazing what management can sometimes find money for. What will be I guess.... although I would rather start looking & move of my own accord, before being told that my job is being deleted :(

I'm good thanks Nic & it was a yummy & filling tea. Proud that I resisted the 'spiky lemon cake' from M&S for pudding. It looked delish & was 8 points for 1/8th!

I can't believe it....10 weeks where has it gone!

My TOTM only arrived today which is unusually late as I'm usually like clockwork. Hopefully there won't be any damage 2 my WI on Sun.

Fingers crossed 4 a great WI for you too on Sat. How have you found pointing this week? Food looks good & you've only used a few weeklies so it should be a big loss :)
