HWW food diary

I'od threic & it was a yummy filling tea ud that I resisted the 'spiky lemon cake' from M&S for pudding. It looked delish & was 8 points for 1/8th!

I can't believe it....10 weeks where has it gone!

My TOTM only arrived today which is unusually late as I'm usually like clockwork. Hopefully there won't be any damage 2 my WI on Sun.

Fingers crossed 4 a great WI for you too on Sat. How have you found pointing this week? Food looks good & you've only used a few weeklies so it should be a big loss :)

Ooh spiky lemon cake - sounds delish, well done on resisting. I'm sure you'll have a great weigh in on sunday hun.

I've quite enjoyed pointing just have to remember to bulk out my meals with salad or vggies.

I particularly enjoy the warby wraps and the pizza i made with them for me and hubby. Fingers crossed for a big loss (or any loss)!

I find I don't need as many weeklies when I do pp. Xx
 
I am terrible with veg, always have been which is why I try 2 add salad to most of my meals but realise some greens would be sooo good 4 me. I just really dislike their taste.

Home made pizzas r the best. I'm the same re: less weeklies & also means can vary meals more (not that I'm very good @ that :)

I fancy some beef burgers soon having seen them on someone's diary but have a feeling they're quite high & would have to have the bread, cheese & trimmings too. I will start investigating points lol.

I've not tried W wraps, how many points r they?

Tbh feeling sorry 4 myself. I'm bored of being a hermit but know it's my fault :( Ok I'm off the pity potty now & have some nights out planned over the Summer lol :)

TCIF, talking of Crunchie's, think I'm struggling with TOTM feeling strangely down. Early night I think & can't eat 2 many sweet treats.

Sorry you're feeling down hun TOTM does that to me every time! Bloody nightmare. when i'm bigger I do seem to go out less because I don't want to be judged by other people about how I look and also I never like any clothes on me hubby does his best to reassure me and get me to go out but I knw I need to get out more.

Dreading weigh in tomorrow really scared of another STS :( xx

Thanks Nic. Sounds like we are alike re: going out. I really really hope you have a loss. You have stuck to plan plus tried a week of pro points, & really deserve a loss. Everything crossed for u lady that 1ss stone is in sight x

Hey Helen hope you're feeling better today hun. Yeah w do sound alike, but I think that comes with not being comfortable and confident in ourselves. Hubby says I shouldn't care what others think, I try but it is really hard xx

Lol, think good men r like gold dust these days. Mainly PP & couple of F&H works quite well I find :) Week 11 (2moro for me), it has gone soooo fast
