HWW food diary

I weighed in early yesterday & STS. Disappointed but on to week 12. I didn't point yest/today/2moro, but will be back Tues. Took some family pics yest which reminded me how far I've got 2 go :(


Hey lady don't be too disapointed in you sts, is that your first one? The family pics may show you how far you need to go but do you have some from before losing 1.5 stones to compare? You are doing amazingly well hunni and I am so proud of you. Enjoy the rest of your weeked with your family and try not to stress too much about how far you have to go but focus on hw well you've done and are doing xx

Aww thanks Nic, I just get so cross with myself. No it's my 3rd STS :( not sure why, only difference is I drank less water later week. I guess I will notice it more after another stone.

D - salt/pepper Basa fish fillet (6pp), 150g frylight chips (3pp), salad/toms, ketchup (0pp)

cherries, large fruit pot - melon, pineapple, grapes

I'm ok thanks Nic, although hungry right now so I better get off 2 bed before I eat something I shouldn't lol.

Your food is looking yummy & that's loads of TV icecream for 3pp so I will have to invest :)

I found some small pots of ambrosia light rice pudding for 3pp which I will try out soon & also nas jelly now comes in apple flavour (Asda) which is quite tasty.

I've bought some daim Mikado sticks which are 11kcal each so will try them also.

Realistically based on my off plan 4 days, I'm thinking I'll have another week of STS at best. I do need to start losing again though :(

B - Puffed wheat, sweetener, 75ml SS milk (1pp), 0% Actimel (1pp)

L - WW sausage (1pp), bacon medallions, warburton toasted thin, 10g clover light (1pp), fresh toms, frylight egg, ketchup
