Step 1 Sole Source I am on day 2 and I ended up fainting!!

Hello everyone,

My name is Amy and I am 22,

So I am on day 2 and I ended up fainting in the lift at work! I had my morning shake and ready for my lunch shake. It came from nowhere. I felt really weak and its worried me. I really want to continue but obviously I am a bit nervous now. Any ideas on boosting energy? and also is this weak feeling something that will go?

All suggestions will be greatly received!!

Perhaps attempt to restart on a Friday, so you have the weekend to get through the first stage of headaches and feeling weak.
Keep up your water intake. You must have at least 2.5 litres per day, and I find I cope with 3.5litres.

It takes a few days to get into a routine with it, carry on and find what works for you, that was probably your body objecting to the lack of food in your system...
