I know all I am doing is moaning but I just need smewere to vent
I am on wk 3 and feel like [email protected],I have had a few blips this wk so dreading WI and I'm finding it so so hard.
I know this diet gets great resaults as I have done it before but it was so easy then, its so difficult this time round that I am misserable and sad about it all the time :wave_cry:
I really hope I lose at WI eventhough I have cheated because I am worried it will just push me over the edge to give up.

Please don't beat yourself up, week 3 is a great achievement and your results so far are excellent. It is easy though to look at everything negatively but please try and put a positive spin on it so you can get to WI and realise it ain't so bad.
Are you rewarding yourself for your weightloss? Have you put some mini goals together so each time you achieve you do something nice for yourself - some of the guys on here have some wonderful ideas. When I lost my first stone I rewarded myself with a £50.00 spree in town:)
I know this may sound abit pathetic when you are feeling down but every little bit of positive thinking helps.
Also, vent away - we all use this forum differently but at least you are still using it.
    Big hugs to you :gen126:

Oh dear - you sound like you're in exactly the same position as me!! I actually logged into the forum to ask what the impact of stuffing my face with 10 lidt chocolates will be on the scales!!!

It's my second time too - and it is soooo much harder I think! I really did breeze through it last time - but then I came off it - put on 1 and a half stone and now am back on it. It's making me fed up too - more than last time.

I guess it's just a case of trudging though it - you know it works - you know its hard - you know you've got to stick to it - you know you'll feel better at the end of it.....and so on.....and so on!!!!!

Chin up and get stuck back into it

Come on girls - you've done the hardest bit the 1st week.... Just think of it all like this, if you SS or 790 properly - you aint gonna be doing it for long at all and your results will be fantastic...
Try doing 790 or SS - adding your own bits & it aint gonna work - you may not lose, you may STS or even put on... All you'll think about then is the 3-4 days you did it right and not about the blips in between.
Try not to look at this like a prison sentance & it should hopefully become a wee bit more bearable....

Best of luck - keep glugging the water though - it always helps

Hang in there hon, we're at roughly the same stage and I know how you feel 100%. Some days are easier than others but at the end of the day you're still doing it and the results are showing, it seems to me from reading the posts that this is expected and I've not lost an ounce in 7 days which has had me in tears but we've both lost a lot in a very short time and our bods are adjusting to it so we'll keep plugging away together...!:)
