I know all I am doing is moaning but I just need smewere to vent :cry:
I am on wk 3 and feel like cr@p,I have had a few blips this wk so dreading WI and I'm finding it so so hard.
I know this diet gets great resaults as I have done it before but it was so easy then,its so difficult this time round that I am misserable and sad about it all the time :wave_cry:
I really hope I lose at WI eventhough I have cheated because I am worried it will just push me over the edge to give up.
