It's my first week on extra easy, will somebody please check my tea?

I've had fillet steak, with a handful of chips made the slimming world way. For my 2/3 super free I've had a pile of carrots and broccoli and my peppercorn sauce had onions and mushrooms in it. I used veg stock cubes for the sauce and thickened it with 100g extra low fat Philly. This is 2 syns but as I shared the sauce between three of us, I was going to count 1 syn.

Then I had a muller lite yogurt.

I'm so stuffed, have I gone wrong here?
