    Hello Everyone,

    I have set myself a challenge which is the Breakthrough breast cancer £1000 Challenge.
    My challenge is to raise this money, by running 50 miles in the month of October. I am going to start on the first day of the month which I have already started and end on the last day of the month. If I was to go to the gym everyday it would work out to be 1.6 miles a day, which doesn't sound a lot, but if I miss a day 1.6 will become 3.2 miles in one hit to keep on track. So as you can see I have a challenge.
    I have never challenged myself this type of task. I really think it is amazing that those people who run every day as I am findng it hard and I am only on the 4th day. But I am sure my fitness will improve as time goes on. Is there anyone out there with running experience who can advise me on any running tips to help me complete this run.

    This may be easy for alot of people but it is a challenge for me. Thanks again for the people who have sponsored me as this will also keep me going.
