Hey, Yes I must say I have missed not posting on here really does help.

It is so cold outside tonight my heating has been on all afternoon. Only just watched Sunday nights X factor but all is good I am all caught up for tomorrow night now.

Weighed my self yesterday morning and sitting at 16stone 3.2 lbs have got sick of worrying about having one a choice and one b choice. Think I am just fed up of SW.

So have decided to go onto Calorie Counting and more exercise. I shall take the clothes my treadmill has been hanging for me off and fire it up lol.

SW has done well for me so far but I can't help thinking that it hasn't done me any favors in the portion control and size department so I hope doing calorie counting will help with this and perhaps shrink my stomach a bit.

I am really hoping to be in the 15 stone bracket by Christmas Morning. I have been around the area a couple of times over the last few months and want to crack it in 2011!!! I don't remember ever being in this weight area my adult life. Here is hoping!

hi it would be good to know how your getting on with calorie counting and which diet you find easier x

I am really struggling to keep off my scales my full seven days will be Sunday morning so I shall post after I have weighed my self.

In some ways I can tell you it is better in that I don't need to worry about have one a and one b choice. But the hard thing is remembering to count calories for EVERYTHING so having to counts all fruit and veg for calories and things like passata etc.

The proof is on the scales so we shall wait and see :D:confused::rolleyes:
