DD today and last one before weigh in, which will be six days since last weigh day.
So two portions of soup 200kcal
skimmed milk 50 kcal
egg white omelette 135 kcal
kiwi

Hi all.
weigh in showed a 1 pound loss this week. I'll take that.
its a gorgeous day so will try fit in a walk before today's gets too mental.
It's paddys weekend so am not expecting much of a loss next week, will be having a few up days in a row but hop to get back into it on Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest!!
