I did it.... FOR THOSE TRYING TO STAY 100% SS - UPDATE

Day 3 - done and dusted :D Now I only have day 4 and most of day 5 then I will go quiet for a couple of days as I have a planned off-plan weekend.

Most weekends I do 810 and manage to stay in Ketosis (or get back in very quickly) but what I have struggled with recently is getting back into SS on the Sunday/Monday so start picking throughout the week and not always the best things.

I am determind to GET BACK ON SS from Monday and hop straight back onto this thread for a goal of 5 days through the week back on SS.

Was 100 % good yesterday:) and so far this morning I have had 2 pts of water and a cup of black coffee, I try to hold out until after mid day for my 1st shake. I am determined to be 100% until I reach target!!!
 
Hey girls - got day 3 out the way and also managed to loose 2lbs on my WI!!!!

Now on day 4 of 100% ss and have 1 shake (no water chilled enough yet lol)
 
Day 3 for me and still 100% woohoo! Feeling so hungry though so can't be back in ketosis yet.

Scales only showing 2lbs loss so far. Need to lose another 5lbs to get to where I was and only 2 days to do it-not going to happen!!! :confused:
 
Dont give up chic - i dropped 5 in one day this week - might just need to let your bady get back in the K Zone lol
 
Yeah I hope so. I want to get away with not having to admit to my CDC that I fell off the wagon! I know I should tell her but I just want to forget about it!!! Even weighing in 1lb lower than I was would keep me happy! x
 
My CDC is the nicest woman in the worls and i told her i was expecting STS or 1lb on...when i lost 2lb she gave me a massive hug!!
 
Mine is lovely, I just don't like letting her down. She has tried so hard to help me through this and has done so much more for me than I expected her to.

I just don't want to admit another failure :(
 
erm..chic - you have lost LOADS you are certainly NOT a failure, you just have little lapses in concentration along the way - if we keep this thread running it should help us all
 
Yeah I agree. Thanks Tif. I just find it hard to be cheerful after a blip! At least the scales are moving in the right direction again now! x
 
Exactly - just need to stick with ss100% for a couple of WI and when you see the lbs drop of it will motivate the pair of us!! (because im not speaking from experience as ive always nibbled!!)
 
Hey Tif, well done on 2lbs - I only lost a 1lb at weigh in this morning and have a really hectic weekend with socialising so am going to jump back on SS on Sunday if I can and try and make it through to next Thursday WI when my CDC is back. I need to lose 6lbs by then which I don't think will happen :( but to be honest even if I could have lost 5lbs-6lbs in the time she was away I'd be happy as would be 11 stone something. How are you feeling, did you get my PM? xx

p.s. Congrats to the others that have managed another day of SS x
 
Hello my lovely - i'm sure you can do it chic - and with you being so good it gives you a better chance.

I thought i had replied but no i'm 5ft 6 !! I cant seem to get 5'6 in my stats!! lol

Can I join in please I am re-starting for the 57th million time because I just can get past 100% SSing for 1 day. I think this will help me keep on track once I am past the 3rd day I know I will keep on track. Will have to start tomorrow as Ive already eaten (I am so weak) no actully I am starting right NOW! (I am forever looking for an excuse to eat). I annoy myself soooo much I will punish myslef with a shake lol xx
 
PP You are MORE than welcome!! if you start now by tomorrow afternoon you will have done 1 day ss100%. I'm nearly at the end of day 4....it gets easier promise
 
Well done Tif u have done really well hopefully I will be saying the same on Monday. I need this site so much it really helps. I keep losing where I have posted. Do you know how I keep track of where I am or have been? x
