Well I joined SW tonight:D I have finished with CD as I couldn't stick with it even though the weight dropped off quickly, it piled back on in double time! So I have a new ticker, and am 5lbs lighter starting this than my most recent CD restart so pleased that I have managed to keep some off anyway.

Now off to study my books and make a shopping list for the morning - wish me luck:)

Good luck i am sure you have made the right choice, fingers crossed, read the books and keep them at hand for the first few weeks you will always be checking them.
We are all here too to help you.

good luck, i love low carb but i do pile the weight bk on, so im going to do slimming world until christmas, x

Well done on making a wise choice! CD is all well and good for fast weight loss but not sustainable in the long wrong - as you well know SW is something that can be stuck with for life :D enjoy!

Good luck!

It is incredibly liberating being able to eat and enjoy real food, try delicious recipes and know you don't need to feel hungry on this plan.

I tried CD after my last baby and lasted all of one week ;) SW is something you can do and enjoy for life. The lbs may not fall off at the same rate as CD, but it is a much much more enjoyable journey!
