I don't know whats going on =[

So after my weight unexpectedly went up on Tuesday by 2.5lbs despite exercising (first week going to the gym) and tracking etc, it jumped up again on Wednesday by another 1.5lbs.

I've had a rocky few days where I've not exactly weighed things and been a bit off track. Then today I've lost nearly 3lbs overnight - is it linked? I've tracked everything and Im -21 for the week so Im quite over. I don't think Im eating enough?

WW has ALWAYS worked for me so Im stumped.
 
your body is adjusting to the gym...my advice is don't weigh everyday as i find it demotivates me when i have a gain for no reason and makes me think i can reward myself with food if i lose......lose lose situation for me.

Totally agree here :)
 
stick to your usual weigh day only and let your body do what it has to do. we know how strange they can be at times hun.
