I feel quite proud of myself!!!

Its my birthday today and had to buy the ' cakes' as you do when you work in an office.

So have been in the cake shop, bought loads of gooey cream cakes etc, and just sat and WATCHED everyone stuff their faces with them. And havent had one!

I have eaten one of the Cd chocolate bars. (it was hard though not to be tempted)

I went out for a meal on my birthday day 4 of LL and I was so hungry at that point but I had my mushroom soup got sad but the next morning I was proud I hadnt eaten

Feels great to be in control and when you have your next weigh-in you'll be rewarded with a fab loss.
