I finally reached it that elusive stone off...after false starts, sweat...tears and plenty of saying no to myself.
I got my sticker at slimming world today and i'm sad to say it made it all worth it!! I couldn't stay for the meeting and really missed hearing how everyone got on.
I think i've come to the realisation that it's spending that little bit of the week accepting that you aren't the only one struggling or trying to for new habits that helps you to reach your targets.
A few things I learnt this week from SW meeting:-
Set a realistic target
try a new recipe - The beef stew with lots of veggies is awesome
keep count of your syns and use them!!!
exercise, even if it's just for 30 minutes it does make a difference!!
