I have hit over 5 stone loss in 12 weeks!

Well its day 84 (week 12) and my loss is 5 stone 1lb so far Done SS the first 9 weeks and SS+ for the last 3. Been 100% and very focussed. I have a planned break next week and can't wait to let my hair down.

Well my sister phoned me yesterday and after struggling to lose on SW she has joined CD. Been advising her hope she does well.
