I have loads of questions regarding Working Solution

I got my delivery yesterday, but it did not have any instructions in.

Started today, have had a shake, a bar and some chicken and green beans with the mushroom soup and half an apple.

Does this sound ok?
I'm not sure what I can and can't eat for my evening meal, are just simple things like prawns and stir fry veg ok?
And can I use a bit of milk for my coffee or do you just have to have it to drink?

I'm so confused!

Instructions are on the website I think. I'm just having the packs so can't help you there.

Thank you, I find it really hard to judge from the instructions. This is them:

You probably could have milk but just do a little splash rather than maybe what you would normally do?

Also maybe google ideas for meals on exante or look in the Atkins forums to see what they have

xx

That'd be nice, have spent today using a bit of the vanilla shake in it, but it seems a bit of a waste really as I wont be able to do it every day, unless I end up liking coffee and strawberry!!

Have looked up no carb recipes, hopefully if I do stuff like that it will be fine and make life easier for myself!

I don't have a 'thanks' button, maybe I need more posts in order to gain that privelege!

Possibly, Im not sure maybe you have to get over 50 posts??

get posting lady hee hee :D

When I've done WS before I had 1/4pt milk for my cuppas and a yoghurt. I was a bit boring with my food, it was often steamed fish or microwaved chicken with either steamed or stirfried veg. Once I'd made a meal for the rest of the family I'd had enough of being creative!

Good luck on it.
