I don't eat meat so fast food isn't my thing! Apart from chips and pizza lol.

Well done so far, sorry for assumptions. But i suggest you take a day you are off sometime and have a cookery session! cook loads of meals and parcel them up and then next time you are starved and strapped for time you will have them in the freezer :D

oh believe me i love to cook i just have a big appetite i make cooked brekkies,salmon parcels,tandoori chicken,roast dinners,bologneses,phili chicken,dietcoke stir fries,ive tried pizzas homemade kebabs stuffed mushrooms and i even tried homemade doner kebabs i dont mind cooking i just prefer to eat my food fresh apart from stew which is better next day thanks for da advice if my loss is bad this week i can pinpoint some little changes
