I just stuffed my face :(

    Have been feeling so down today, I got up an had my shake. Got into work and everything and everyone has just p'd me off. I started to feel really hungry and started to get a splitting headache.

    I've just had sweetchilli wrap (with crispy onions) chips, 5chilli bites and a diet coke.

    I feel so angry

    Well even though you cheated a sweet chlli wrap isnt too bad. only 284 calories in KFC (if thats where you got it from) the carbs arent great though :-( dont beat yourself up just start again tomorrow. EVeryone slips up its how you deal with it that should matter.

    I wrote a similar post to this when I first started lol x

    Move on and get back on the wagon now, not tomorrow after you have eaten more and beaten yourself up twice as hard.

    everyones right.. start today i did exactly the same thing yesterday i was angry and upset but move on and you know you can do it

    I'm feeling better, I stood in the scales to see if I had put on lb but I'm pleased to say it has stayed the same as yesterday morning - 16:1
