I feel kinda embarrassed to come back on here. I vowed to myself to loose weight for my mates wedding and once again I failed.

Tbh I do not know what to do. Im now considering having just child size portions..the same size as my son. I also suffer with really bad back pains which prevents me from going to the gym.

Any advice or meal plans? I'm a single mom who is also a student. Money is tight ATM. Tried Atkins, slimming world twice, weight watchers and even Cambridge but I'm still fat :(

Sorry for my negative post guys, it's just how I'm feelin ATM

Try calorie counting hun. It's really worked for me and I have been huge all my life. It's so easy to do. And you don't have to restrict yourself so much like you do on other diets apart from amount of calories consumed so I find it mostly pretty easy to stick to.

You can go on Free Calorie Counter, Diet & Exercise Journal | MyFitnessPal.com and sign up. It works out how many calories you can have and makes it really easy to log your food too. Hope it helps :)

I second the last comment, I've just lost a stone and a half on Cambridge and have now gone onto calorie counting to do the last stone and a half.
Myfitnesspal is amazing, it makes it so easy to track and keeps you motivated.
Good Luck with whatever you choose x

Hey Hon,

If you have bad pack pains, have you tried pilates? I too suffer from a bad back and my doctor pointed me towards pilates, as it's full of core-strengthening exercises. It's helped me a lot. Plus you can buy a DVD and do it in the comfort of your own home, so no expensive gym membership required!
