Good luck Emuze. i found the beginning hard ,after coming on here i bought some bouillon and found that it really helped i had it in the evening as thats when i was tempted mainlyby a bad habit called boredom .Keep at it it does get easier and you will see some amazing results week by week that spur you on. .:)
 
Just wanted to say goodluck, your doing great already, you got thought the first day, woo hoo!!!!

Again watch the ham. Cooked chicken, cooked turkey or even beef is nice to nibble on too!

Day 4 and so far I have not had any problems with any of the shakes or soups. I am going to order a minths supply tomorrow.

I have cheated a little bit, but considering how much I am used to eating I have just not been able to prevent myself. partly due to habit and partly due to hunger.

My cheats are

Day1 - 100g ham
Day2 - 100g ham
Day3 - 200g chicken
Day4 - 200g chicken

As i have had these does this mean I am WS rather than TS?
