I tried to buy some Ketostix yesterday, but Boots had just sold out. I presume I am in ketosis because I'm losing, but I drink so much water anyway I don't know. I will try to get some tomorrow.

I'd love to move to the Kent coast one day but that would somewhat hinder my commute to London each day for work!
