I mean business this time!

So here I am, the classic yoyo'er. I have been following SW for too many years, switched to WW for a break and returned. I am currently at my heaviest non pregnant weight of 11st 7. This time last year i was 10st 2. My summer hols are in 2 weeks and I have to loose the excess weight. So here goes .....
Yesterday was day 1, I followed red day and had 10 syns. Today I am going to be 100%.

Good luck and stay positive!! I've been bad last two weeks but gonna start again on monday, I'm actually excited about seeing my muffin top disappear soon hopefully lol :)

What a day !!! I started off fantastic then got the munchies and went down hill from there. Period must be on it's way as I'm always like this. I darn't think how many syns I've had but it's well over 15 and probably well over 30!
Tomorrow is a new day and if I want to loose I have to work at it.

Saturday. Just stood on scales and I did a little damage yesterday with my pigout. Today I will be strong. I will have pma and I will be a loser
Breakfast : 42g crunchy bran (HeB) raspberries blueberries mullerlight. 2x boiled egg
Lunch : apple
Biscuit 2 sins
Tea : cottage pie - extra lean mince. Onion. Carrot. Worcester sauce. Potato (Marg) (2syns)

Sunday : we're off to watch the banger racing later and taking a picnic so i can be strict with what I'm taking for me ?. I plan to have a very good day as weigh in day is looming!

T: pork chop cabbage carrot

Monday : feeling positive today and WILL have a good day. I have a morning of housework :( , pick up son from school at lunch to take to drum exam. My day is pretty much filled up so hopefully no time to snack.

I didn't get chance to post anything yesterday but had a good day. Today is weigh in day !!! I stood on the scales this morning and weigh 11st 6 1/2. I have to weigh at 5.30. I didn't go last week as I was ill and week before weighed 11 4 1/2 so not looking good
