I missed a meal

Hi all,
Yesterday was hectic at work, I normally have two meals at work, then have my last meal at home to avoid temptations with my sister cooking.
Anyway I only managed one meal at work, as I was so busy but had like 4L of water by the time I got home it was only one meal and was so tired so I went to bed early. So what do I do, have 4 meals today to balance it out or just carry on as normal, it should not make that much difference?
 
I know exactly what you mean iv done the same on quite a few occasions. I just write it off and carry on with the 3 the next day. In the grand scheme of things i doubt it would make that much difference as long as its not a regular occurrence.
