So, I am motivated to stick to the plan and WILL lose 7lbs by Mon 21st.
But, what do I turn to instead of my food fix? Shopping, I get a shopping fix. Just popped out to do supermarket shop and wandered into Next and Argos and bought stuff I fancied though not necessarily needed. Somebody lock up my cards. I'm gonna be seriously broke otherwise.
My CDC has made me aware of my emotional need for food. Instead of facing that, I've just swapped the comfort.
Right girls, I'm getting the trampoline out (and dusting it off) for a fitness fix.

That's a good idea!

Why not try something else like having a nice bath with lots of bubbles? Or trying a new colour on your hair? Or sorting your make up bag out and getting some nice new eye colours or lipsticks? I know some of it still costs money, but not as much as buying things from Next and Argos.

Then you can save up to splurge on new clothes when you are at target!

minimins is my fix. It's great and it's free it won't have the same effect as the trampoline but offers great advice and you get a chuckle.
