I need inspiration/motivation...im BACK!

    Ok...firstly never EVER let me come off xenical because im going on holiday....:cry:

    its taken me 2 weeks to get back on them!! argh, so its been about 4 weeks since last having them...

    today im back on the wagon.... 3 little blues...and did ok (till i had pizza but OH cooked it and didnt know i was back on them,)

    i MUST lose about 7lb before i go bk to the docs otherwise i will have failed the 12lb in 12 weeks and she wont renew my prescription....

    SO, motivational stories, quotes, inspiring ideas needed to keep me back on track!

    I've missed you all, ive lurked but felt i couldnt post as i was on the break and felt like a fraud but now im bk, you have to put up with me again lol

    I know it's really hard at times, but we're all here for you and know exactly how you feel. I'm sure I would've given up by now if I didn't read all the amazing success stories on here.

    I've set myself mini targets because I can't cope with big ones that I never seem to reach.

    I'm determined to stick with it and hope you do too.

    Oh Missy I did exactly the same :( I tried to take them when on holiday, then decided not to and it took me a few weeks to get back on track too.

    But we are both back on the wagon now so that is good :D

    Thanks ladies....2 days, 6 tablets and 6 good low fat meals...havent weighed myself though and i KNOW thats what i need to do but i don't own any scales (i think id be obsessive if i did lol)

    ill notice in my clothes eventually wont i! xx
