Yes, the latest was carrot, celery and onion. Think I need to freeze some though, I make a big pan then graze at the soup til is gone but it can get boring.

B porridge and fruit squeeze.
L lentil and sweet potato curry with rice
D Pizza and a massive salad!
S boiled egg, banana, cappuccino x 2 and eeeeeek a twix!

Back to total focus tomorrow ....stressed a bit today!

On a good note I had lots of body magic at the pool party yesterday!

weigh in tonight so fingers crossed as i would love a 3lb loss to hit a half stone.
yesterdays food week 2 day 7 green day
B-yoghurt and banana
L-veg and rice curry
T-chilli and oyster steak with rice
S-2 ryvitas with cheese triangles and banana

I have mostly been doing ee days this week and have had my usualy bottle of vodka treat :). Ive had a dreadful cold but on the mend now so should be able to taste my food again.x
