I only lost 2lb this week

    I don't know what is wrong with me, I am feeling down and dis-hearted as i have to move up the cd plan and although i have lost 2lb this week i feel like i just want to cry! what the hell is wrong with me?

    First of all, well done on dropping 2 lbs. And you are emotional because you have made a decision based on 'have to' rather than 'want to' - that is always hard. You're doing good mate - keep it going :hug99:

    sorry ur feeling down... but 2lb off is good, it's better than gaining 2lb. U don't have much to lose so cheer up, u will get there.

    Chin up I know it is hard when you feel you have a small loss, but hell on a different type of diet 2lbs is a really good loss. It is a huge amount of fat when you see it and 2lb's nearer your goal........

    go and pick up a bag of sugar and then pat yourself on the back for another great loss. You are doing FAB Nessa. You just need to believe in yourself a bit more and congratulate yourself on doing so well.

    Just had my weigh in today and i only lost 2 1bs, but that is is 10 in total, so look at the whole amount you have lost and i am sure you will feel better, hey and its all in the right direction.

    Nessa 2lbs is a fantastic weight loss if u lost 2lbs a week for a yr that's 8stone!!!!!

    Awwww bless ya....2lbs is a good loss. Don't dwell on what you see as a negative congratulate yourself on doing so well. 24lbs is a fantastic overall loss. Well done hun....xxx
