so last night the baby was up all night, i was awake till 8 this morning and found my self eating a bar or 2 of chocolate and some crisps. i was on day four and doing so well, feel like crap:jelous::sigh::sigh::sigh:
These things happen especially in the first week before you are in full ketosis...just move forward and put it behind you...the main thing is not to let it slide.atback:
