4.1 miles today - and I hacked and spluttered the whole way through. It was done in 40 minutes though. Part of my 1/2 marathon training regime, so I'm pretty pleased all in all. Can't believe how much I am slipping behind shazzabir again though! Dammit woman!

Puff puff puff I'm coming! :)

5.6 miles this morning, which is great given I hadn't factored in a run at all, then when I did go out I thought I'd go for 30/40 mins. Did 60 mins in the end, I was enjoying it so much lol (well, of a sorts).

I'll try do a 5k tomorrow and I have a 10k planned for Tuesday. The guy that I'll ve running with has a bad back though, so it might just be 40 mins worth. How exciting!

Oh no that's annoying!! Must admit I notice weighing the day after a run always shows a loss for me.
 
Did 6.4 miles yesterday lunchtime, really slowly; 65 mins. :-( Why is it that the runs where you feel you've gone quickly you go slowly, and the ones where you feel you've gone slowly are actually the quicker ones?

My body is so out of sorts at the moment. Period started today - a week early (but it went a week late a couple of months back!)

Maybe whatever has been disrupting my system is finally gonna sod off and let me get back to losing weight!

May try fit in a little 5k tomorrow lunchtime if its quiet enough.

What's the furthest you have run? Think mine is 6.3 mile. Really need to start increasing though. How about we compete on distance also? I know I will probably be last, but it might spur me on!
