But I have a problem with my foot, I have pain in my right foot by the first and second little toe. they don't hurt to walk or run on or when I bend but after running they just have very bad pain in them, today I went roller skating and after 1 hour the pain made me feel sick.

Can anyone help with this? have I strained something? I don't think they are broken as they don't hurt when I bend them.

Any advice?

Clavicles: pleased your knee is getting better. Yes I did a 10k outside yesterday and so far no problems :)

Thanks Shazzabir! It's definitely the hills that are doing it to me. I've found a flatter route with only one hill and it's long instead of steep. I've been running that, it means doing two loops to get in 7 miles but it's definitely helping. Fingers crossed.

Wow you are all running so far. Im not doing great, however i couldnt run 10metres let alone a mile last year so i WILL get there.

Ran 6 miles last Sunday. It was my first time to run for over an hour (61.45mins to be exact) and went a new route. I had to take a short walk break for around 3 mins to get up a steep hill but it felt brilliant when I got home to say I'd run that distance. Have my first ever 10K race on Feb 11th.
