You've realised your mistake and there's nothing to be done about it now - it was an honest error! Just keep with it and you'll still lose this week.
It's horrible when something like this happens, totally not fair! But like the others have said, just stay on plan and youought to be fine! :)

See! You thought you'd eaten loads but you can so easily cut back on your syns the rest of the week and you'll be fine. And it's all healthy stuff you've eaten, not pigged out on high fat foods.

When I went to SW before I lost 6 and a half stone on mix to max and its since the first week thats what I am doing this time. As I understand it and i'm sure everyone will tell me if i'm wrong but the syns in the main course are counted for the colour of the meal, so if you had extra lean mince in a red meal then that is free, its only if you had it outside that red meal that you have to count the higher syn value.
