I survived day 1

Half way through day 2 and despite the pangs in my stomach I am determined to stick to the plan 100%.
Thank-you to all who have posted advice and encouragement to us newbies, its what has got me through so far. I love the lattes and with this blessing I'm sure I can manage 12 weeks out of my life. Can anybody advise if you can add coco to the choc mix?

I'm on day 2 aswell, just had my 2nd shake.
I'm pretty sure that you can't add anything to them other than maybe adding coffee to the vanilla.

sorry don't think you can, like mimosa said just coffee to the vanilla one theres a thread on here about what you can mix in your shakes. some people add peppermint water i think to their choco one to make mint choco. good luck :)

Pity... the choc one is quite bland. I split my sachet in 2 last night just to get me through. I made it nice and sweet with sweetener but an extra bit of coco would have made it perfect. Still I'm sure I will get used to it. I'm struggling with the mint tea so not sure I could cope with it corrupting my choc. Perhaps in time;)

My sons just making an egg sandwich its almost like I can taste the smell of it:( These times are sure going to test me, but I can only get stronger right?

of course you will get stronger. i really fancy a tuna mayo sandwich but o well will have to wait, lucky my boys don't eat tuna cause if they did i would def cave in lol. good luck x

Hi Harmony, keep going and when you smell that egg, go get your beauty products out and have a lovely long bath with your music on loud and think about how ace your going to feel at your first weigh in! Once you get your first week over you'll be so much stronger.
Hope your feeling ok, the worst is nearly over and you'll start feeling fab! Xxx
