I was naughty, I went over my syns a little, well by 10 maybe. Monday WI left me feeling really deflated and I just feel like I'm going to be fat forever... I guess I comfort ate now I feel really guilty for eating, and I feel like I need to eat really low calorie stuff the next couple days. I did 25mins on the cross trainer today so I hope that will help ease the damage.
Please cheer me up (and suggest some really healthy filling green meals for tomorrow!) Xx
Don't beat yourself up about it! Comfort eating is my problem too - but feeling bad/guilty about it just makes things worse. Just draw a line under it and start fresh tomorrow - eat lots of yummy fruit & veg! Even if you're not losing weight right now you can still say that you're taking care of your body this way. Good luck.. you can do it!
