I think I just cheated

I'm panicking about my weigh in tonight, I'm still very constipated from doing cd and today I've used 2 glycerol suppositories (1 this morning and 1 this afternoon) They have worked well and I feel a whole lot lighter, but the scales still show I weigh a ton, Oh god I hate weigh in's, the worst bit is standing in the que waiting for your turn, it seems to take forever. xx:eek:

This is your first WI for SW isn't it? Don't worry what the scales say tonight because they will only go down now. (Maybe not til after week 2 but you know what I mean)

2 glycerol suppositories... you would have been better with something that makes you 'go' eg oranges! Dont mess about with your bowells because you can cause harm. Excersise eg lying on bed and knees up, feet beside bum. Gently rock knees to each side, keeping knees together. Hope that helps ;)

I've heard doing squats is also good. I have found that I have been much more regular since drinking lots of green tea
