    Hiya all

    I was a member a couple of years ago but as normal gave up after a month or so well this time is different. I started my new healthy me in July last year and have managed to loose 39lb but still have LOTS more to loose. I am calorie counting which is working ok for me and doing plenty of waking. I have joined here today as I'm finding it a bit difficult to be back on track after Christmas so need as much support as I can get. I am 30 in September so would love to be able to wear a lovely new outfit and go somewhere special without feeling uncomfortable :D

    Hello, I have restarted my healthy eating for the 3rd time today since joining here. You two have done amazing. Hope I can stick to it this time.

    Hi Claire I am a going to be 30 soon and the same height. This is my 2nd time as well, first time I lost all the weight on a fad diet only to put it all back on and more. I am also doing CC and although I am always thinking I have loads to lose I try and stick to mini goals to track my progress rather than the entire thing. I had a slight gain over Christmas was not nice updating my stats :( And it got me back into bad habits so I am back on track I hope this weigh in isn't too bad. From your stats it seems you have already done well so good for you :)

    About 10 stone but just going to take it a stone at a time as I know I have a longgggg way to go. I will take a look at the calorie counting forum thanks x

    Well I braved the scales this morning and have put on 3lb and that's including Xmas obviously so I'm happy with that as could have been loads worse but now time to get loosing again x

    Welcome Claire. Good luck with cal counting. you've done great so far! a 3lb gain over xmas is pretty minimal, will be gone in no time :)

    A 3lb is not bad at all. Easy to get back on track from that. I gained 7lb :( Not sure why as I didn't actually eat as much as other Christmasses.

    Well I have managed to loose 2lb of the 3lb I put on over Xmas was hoping for a little more but hey a loss is loss :D also can somebody help me for some reason I have century club badge on my profile and can't get it off I didn't click anything and everything's correct but I can't get it off helpppp:cry::confused:

    Hiya lovely to 'meet' you :) I'm 30 the end of Sept I hoping for 4 stone by then. I feel so much better with loosing the 3 stone I already have so even another 3 would be amazing by then x

    I am 30 in march so I wont hit my target weight by then but hopefully by one of your guys birthdays would be nice :)
