i want to join a gym but im scared

You must be so chuffed. Running! You've made me determined to boost my attendance at gym-it'd had sort of slipped in the bad weather. What I have to keep reminding myself is that I always feel great afterwards.
Where do you find these handsome south Africans?
 
went again yesterday afternoon
10 mins walking 10 min run 5 min walk 5 min run
15 min rowing machine
20 mins weights
5 mins final run

im getting fit at last!! wooo hoooooo
i ran like the wind....

my arms are aching from the weights

hope you have a good induction.
i had to 'make' myself go for the first week, it was a bit like a chore, but into the 2nd week i started enjoying it and now. i look forward to going.
i couldnt go tonight as i run CD class, but cant wait to get back there tomorrow. im hopeing i will finish work a bit earlier and get there.

12 min fast walk. 10 min run. 5 min walk. 3 min run
10 mins rower
weights
7 mins run
10 mins crosstrainer

gawd the sweat was pouring off me..but i feel SO good!
