Hey, i'm new....i did Weight watchers 2 years ago and lost 17lbs in 3 weeks! I then gave up =( I'm 20, i'm supposed to be young and fit but i can barely walk to shop without getting slightly breathless. I have two boys one almost 3 the other 10 weeks...i've put on 6 stone due to pregnancy and just can't shift it, i don't have the determination. I'm hoping writing what i eat and having people judge what i eat i might stick to it and be able lose this damn weight LOL

So from today i will write on here at the end of every day hoping i'll get some support from you guys....be back later to update =)

I was overweight through most of my 23yr old sons life, and through all of my girls lives. They have no memories of me going swimming with them and up until last week i'd never been on a fair ride with them (my girls are 11 & 13)... I've missed so much, please oh please don't look back like i do in 20 yrs times with sadness in your heart xxxx

You can do this for your beautiful children and for yourself xxx
