I will get into the 9's in 2012

Iv got such a tricky week tomorrow night I'm out for my boyfriends 21st meal with his family then I'm away Thursday-Monday for my boyfriends 21st so it's going to be so so hard :( any ideas ? Absolutely hate myself at the moment
 
I reckon it's just damage limitation. Eat and enjoy a it's a special occasion but try not to go too wild. We diet all year for special occasions so relax an enjoy x

I'm feeling really low just been crying I have no self control :(
 
Right food plan for tomorrow and I want to stick to it !

35g porridge oats
Banana
375ml skimmed milk
Tea

Snack
Apple

Lunch
1/2 packet of bachelors tomato & herb pasta and sauce
WW toffee yoghurt

Snack
Apple

Dinner
Indian for boyfriends 21st family meal - will have what I fancy as I won't go mad because in company

I gained 4lb :-( back on track now :)
 
i gained 5lb so hoping 2 will be gone on thursday :) hope you have a good day tomorrow
