Hello all...thought a food diary was a good idea as it seemed a great way to get feedback on how im doing and where im making mistakes etc...

left over chicken stew
ww bread-5.5 syns
milky way funsize - 3.5 syns

snack
1 slice ham wrapped with cottage cheese and large slice of melon (yum)

dinner
spag bol
parmesan-1.5 syns


Looking forward to hearing any feedback and am happy to give any recipes for things i may cook as love cooking!

hiya welcome to minimins r u doing extra easy? if u r would say try to have the 1/3 superfree veg with ur meals example could have had grilled tomatoes and mushrooms with breakfast and mushrooms and peppers in ur bolognese u might already be doing this and u need to have h/e b today otherwise looks ok good luck sticking to plan :)
 
Hiya!! Yes doing EE-i meant to have mushrooms but forgot-doh...hoping that the fruit inbetween will make up for it..and im thinking of having a vegetarian dinner as have a ton of veggies...thought i might make a thick soup and have it with wholemeal bread hexb...bolognese was full of mushrooms and toms...the strange thing im finding is that im not realy that hungry and i need a wee all the time!! dont know if this is normal-we'll see! x

well, im already starting to feel less bloated and my weigh ins on mon so fingers crossed il see some results!..trying to drink a lot more these last couple of days as have a headache normal to this kind of diet change!

hi i_dream_slim thats one of the questions i asked when i came on here was weeing all the time lol think it's a side affect but it has settled down now u seem to be doing ok hopefully u will have a good loss what day do u weigh :)

weigh in tomorrow morning so should be interesting...i cant wait to see to be honest...seems to good to be true!

Im working full time for the week this next week so im going to have to plan ahead more this week! ... about to make a rice salad for lunch tomorrow and have got wotsits, yoghurts and fruit in for speedy snacks!
 
so...end of week one and i have to admit i didnt know what to expect when i got on the scales...i can report i nearly fell off them when i discovered id lost 6lb's!!! so...that spurred me on for the rest of the day!

Im off to zumba in a couple of hours so will be having a m&s count on us meal for dinner with extra veg and pots...syns to be confirmed!!!

wow...no snacks today...busy at work and didnt realy think about it...need to drink more squash/water and buy more fruit and veg as the bucketload i got last week has now dissapeared barr the odd onion!!
 
Hello all...so had a busy week and wasnt able to update diary! i got worried in the week as hadnt planned ahead enough and ended up not going completely off plan but eating a couple of biscuits here and there due to not having any fruit...thought this would affect weigh in today...however...i can confirm...ive lost 3 lbs in my 2nd week..im chuffed and its inspired me to go for it 100% this week!!!
