I think a good lesson for all of us is to realise when to eat when hungry and when we're eating for other reasons. I'm a bored eater. Not emotional. And it's about carrying on the good eating when we finish the 'diet' stage and continue all our good habits in the 'maintenance' stage.xxxx

Didnt binge just ate that steadily over about 6 hours. Don't know why. Just kept going and wouldn't listen to myself screaming 'damage limitation in my head!' scales Thur are not going o be good!

I did do 35 mins cardio and 30 mins conditioning.

So didn't lose the weight for Ibiza..

Went at 9.7.6

Returned at 9.9.6 :-(

At least not more ran I started at!

I'm bak though. And first goal is 9.2. Will weigh in the morning... Goodnight all!xxxx

Similar to me then, I'm hoping to stabilize at 8 clean before my op. Bound to gain 4-6lb whilst stuck in bed!!
 
Day 2: 9.8.2

Day 1 had 4 packs. Going into different plan today of corn eating as do not enjoy the packs ad they make me feel 'sad' eating them as have no enjoyment.

Day 1: Legs, bums and tums class done.

Goal: December 1st 8.7lb

Goal 1: 9.5.0 by Monday 10th Sept.

Day 3: 9.7.4

3k run yesterday

Clean eating is eating foods which are deemed 'clean' eg no processed or refined pods. Like Paleo diet/ caveman diet.

This is what I'm having today:

B: 1 egg, 2 egg whites, broccoli and mushrooms

S: Apple

L: Mixed beans eg cannelloni kidney and black with cherry tomatoes

S: 2 whole grain rice cakes with avocado 40g

D: Cod and broccoli

Around the same kcal as S n S. but I enjoy it so much more. But if you need a rigid plan to stick to S n S is better as you can't help yourself o more. You need to be disciplined with this.

I feel so much happier. 2lb off already and tasty food!xxxx

I started as 11.8 my heaviest when I was 20.

Got down to 9.7 by 21st.

Lowest was 8.9lb at 23, but have out on a stone back to 9.9.

Final goal is 8st7lb by this Christmas.

I've realised now that to have a good body you have to work hard. Stuffing your face and not working out does not give you a dream body.

We will have out dream bodies by Chridtmas... Best Christmas present ever! LBDssss!xxxx

Haha yes I went to Ibiza though where people sleep all day and party all night = no eating! But my best friend left me out there on her own so I hadn't eaten anything for 3 days then stuffed my face for 2!

So that's why I was upset coz I thought I'd come back lighter lol.

But your words made me smile thank you!
