Salad from Sainsburys (Cucumber, Tomatoes, Sweet pit, butternut squash, beet root, feta, chickpeas, green beans and soy beans)
2x Horlicks (yum!)
1 pint skimmed milk
Choc shake (my only pack of the day)
Small portion mash potatoe and tiny portion of dry Special K
I know you said to continue Lara but I'm guna re-introduce carbs. For 2 reasons. Firstly iota my birthday on Wed and I would like wine and cocktails on the 4th. Secondly I CAN'T SLEEP!!! Which I defo put down to the packs!!!! What's in them???!!!

Break from gym today and tomo. I thought about food LOADS today. Was quite difficult to rein it in!xxxxx
