Extra Easy SP Iceberg lettuce

This may sound like a really stupid question..
But, I’m trying to kickstart 2021 after some festive holiday naughtiness with a few SP days.
I’ve set out all my meals for the week,
However, many Speeds included lettuce, iceberg to be exact...
I’ve typed in my meals and when it comes to lettuce it is “S” but I’d I type iceberg lettuce there’s no “S” on any

I can’t get hold of my advisor and I don’t want to ruin any of my SP days.

anyone explain why this isn’t counted?

I have no idea. But I have always ate it under the principle that it was an S food. Fatgirlskinny hasbthis list for 2021 up on her blog and includes lettuce as speed as does almost every Instagram post from SW followers. I've also had iceberg lettuce every day this week and was considering it speed.
