Oooh I read an interesting wee weight loss tip online, you guys maybe already know this but thought i'd share just incase (also dont know how true it is!), but apparently if you drink iced water, your body burns 100 calories heating it up to normal temperature :)

I'd heard this but from what I read it wasn't a great as it sounded. And it was about 70cal a day as long as you were drinking the recommended 8 glasses a day. Although if that's everyday it does add up over time.
 
Just googled it, and it is 70 cals a day if you have 8 glasses. Which is 490 cals a week. Nearly 2000 a month! There's 3500 cals in a pound of fat lost so that's half a pound ish a month. Not too bad for just water! I find it easier drinking it icy too :) x
