ideal weight + tone?

S: 15st0lb C: 11st10lb G: 9st7lb BMI: 28.1 Loss: 3st4lb(21.9%)
My OH is doing the diet with me. He's 6ft and aiming for 12.7lb (a good BMI for him). We have tried so many diets together, but this one we've managed to stick to for much longer than others.

He was 18.7lbs in the Spring and is now 14.3. He tends to lose around 5lb a week now (he has a very sedentary job and can't workout at the moment due to health problems). But I understand that light weights with high reps are much better than heavy muscle building weights on this diet as your body isn't getting enough calories to build new muscle. As you get closer to target to can start adding more calories and doing a bit more exercise.
