ideas for work?

i work 8-2 or 2-8 and in the mornings i cant eat breakfast then im starving by 10am i get a 15 minute break and have a kettle and a microwave but would need to be something i can eat quick without too much fuss, on an afternoon i work through tea time and theres aways sandwhiches and cakes around which i tend to eat but would like something a bit less points. thanks in advance.

How about having a couple of light cereal bars? I have 3 children under 4 and if i don't have much time for breakfast i LOVE the Belvita breakfast biscuits. Or a bown of oats so simple porridge? Another think i like is banana on toast, do you have a toaster at work? xxx

I like banana on toast too, it's very filling. Or if you shop in Lidl, they do a nice swiss muesli that's crunchy & has finely chopped almonds in it and it's nice with some blueberries and low fat yoghurt poured on top of it.

buy a microwave steamer (about £3) and take fresh veg and fish or chicken. I work different shifts as well and its better than frozen meals all the time! xx :D

Have to agree with the oats so simple. Quick to make and keeps you feeling full for a good while.

o'h and ww quiches r ok with a bit of salad! And crumpets for breakfast!

Forgot to mention cripsbread aswell. Love them with some light cheese or some ham and tomatoes on it.
