I'm on day 2 and doing ok if I could just stomach the shakes and soups. Has anyone got any ideas? I've tried the hot chocolate and didn't like it. Has anyone tried freezing like mousse or baking them?

I'm not keen on the packs am bored stiff of them now, just treat them like medicine that you have to take to get healthy and slim :)
