Ok here goes.... I'm trying to eat 6 times a day because I go a bit loopy in the afternoons and crave sugar when I get home. Will only update once a day but thought I'd write what I've currently got with me to eat today to get be started.

I'm on 31 points a day.

Porridge 40g - 4 points
2 slices ww bread and 10g spread crap - 5 points
Bachelors Healthy Minestrone soup - 4 points
Milk allowance - 2 points
 
Shapers sushi - 6 points
Quorn mince (175g) - 4 points
Cauliflower rice - 0 points
Muller light - 2 points
WW marshmallow wafer biscuit - 1 point

Total 28 points.

Had a stupid nibble of Christmas Cake so will count that as my last 3 points.

Far too cold to do any exercise. Had my hair cut off, I wonder if it'll make me weigh any less?
