...which I dearly hope they are, then I have just nudged myself under the 10 stone mark!

They're not electric ones so I might buy electric ones to be accurate.

14lbs in 3 weeks isn't shabby :) But it means only a 2lbs lose this week. I know that's good but I'm so impatient!

I do but I don't really trust them. Being weighed in the evening with all your clothes on seems unreliable to me. I prefer to weigh myself starkers first thing and go by that.

My CDC allows me to weigh at home, on my own scales before I go and see him. Would yours?

Probably! I haven't asked. I hate being weighed at my CDC's! There's people around!

Id ask for sure. I weigh in my PJ's, something i wouldn't be able to do at my CDC. As long as you're honest with you weight loss then I think it's a great idea.

i understand that.. but if your weighed at the same time.. every week.. in the same sort of clothes.. then it will be right.. like.. if i got weighed at 5pm every wednesday.. (i dont btw.. lol).. but if i did.. it would be accurate.. because your weight fluctuates during the day.. BUT.. it matches if you do the same next week.. if you get me? and the fact of whether you have clothes are not doesnt matter.. cos if your getting weighed first time with your clothes.. and second time.. its the same.. lol..
